Laura Root – Office Manager

Laura is not only our Office Manager, but also a certified Medical Assistant qualified to draw blood and administer injections, although we don’t currently do these in our office. Laura handles three phone lines, schedules appointments, does referrals to other practitioners and prior authorizations for medications and procedures for our patients. She processes refill requests as well as many office tasks.

To expedite your prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy, even if you have no refills remaining. Please allow 24-48 hours to process the refill, although if you follow these instructions, most refills are done on the same day.
