Directions from Boulder:
Look for the Partners in Health sign in the front yard, and turn into the driveway. Parking and patient entrance is in the back.
Take Arapahoe East to Hwy 287 (approx. 7 miles from Foothills Pkwy). Turn right (South) on Hwy 287 for 1 mile. Turn left (East) on Baseline Rd. We are approximately 1/2 mile on the South or right side.
